ChickBaik is a passion and then a business that is operated by a group of Cousins under the banner of Cousins Ventures. ChickBaik in essence is a food joint operated by true food lovers who crave great taste along with quality and freshness.

All operating members have spent time in the middle east at some point in life and all of us missed the taste of freshly made broast chicken and the real Shawarma. We failed to find that taste locally and with a little experimenting and research we figured out how to get the same taste at home and the exact same recipe and quality of ingredients is used at the restaurant and with a focus on quality of materials used to maintain consistency.

ChickBaik offers genuine middle eastern fast food dishes and a bit of fusion in other entrees and mains. At the core of the business we are focused on providing great tasting food which will entice all the senses of a food lover be it smell, sight or taste. At ChickBaik we use ingredients of the best quality, sourced from specific suppliers to ensure that the quality and experience is the same for the first and last customer.

At some point in life all the partners have lived in the middle east and enjoyed the local delicacies like Shawarma, Falafel and most importantly broast chicken. We missed the authentic tastes and started experimenting recipes at home until we found the right one and the ingredients. During this time Cousins Ventures took over an 8 year old establishment to do something which defined a common interest of all partners which is the love for good food. We spent time in testing and experimenting in scaling up our recipes to ensure taste and quality delivered is consistent. At the core of our principles we want to provide the best quality of the cuisine we serve which entices all the senses we use to enjoy our food which is taste, smell and sight at economical and affordable cost. This is when we came across many who missed this taste and that is when ChickBaik was formed by Cousins Ventures with a more powerful drive and passion.

We opened doors again in 2020, and ChickBaik started serving for the first time and have never looked backed since then but we have not forget the humble beginnings. Our Staff do come with a lot of experience in the food industry and have been trained to focus on our aim to never compromise in the standard of service and quality of food; no matter the cost.

Our most loved delicacy is the Broast Chicken, which we have mastered the process and the recipe. Alongside this we are the only (that we know off) restaurant that provides Charcoal Shawarma, and each of our variations of the shawarma are unique and loved by our customers.

This is just a humble beginning of us, and we are sure going to grow very soon, into multiple branches.
